Take financial ownership of multiple projects from planning through completion, turning operational data into forecasts, managing costs and cash, and addressing risks in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• At least five years in FP&A, financial analysis, or project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to connect operating activity with financial results across functions.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines and follow-through.
• On-site work arrangement in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project budgets and cost-to-complete forecasts with project managers.
• Track costs, WIP, and prepare monthly performance reviews for leadership.
• Approve supplier invoices and manage project payables within contract terms.
• Reconcile costs to billed amounts and address billing variances.
• Support process improvements and month-end close for project finance.
