You will lead budgeting, cost reporting, and WIP/percentage-of-completion accounting, manage billing and cash flow, ensure subcontractor compliance, and drive process improvements as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting within construction (general contractor or sub-contractor)
• Strong knowledge of job costing and profitability analysis
• Ability to challenge and partner with operations to improve financial performance
