Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in project-based environment.
• Project accounting experience with job costing and contract billing preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger maintenance and month-end close.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper revenue/cost classification.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist internal controls.
• Support project accounting including job costing and profitability analysis.
• Assist with internal reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
