Qualifications

• Strong project accounting and job cost management skills.
• Proficiency in construction or project-based accounting systems and Excel.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
• Ability to interpret contracts and change orders, with attention to detail in reviewing invoices, supporting documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with U.S. Federal Government contracts is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to ethical practices, accuracy, and continual process improvement in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job cost accounting and budgeting for federal projects.
