RK Industries seeks an experienced Senior Project Accountant to provide hands-on project accounting and financial support to manufacturing and project management teams. You will ensure accurate project costs, WIP balances, and revenue recognition within the IFS ERP, collaborating with Project Managers, Operations, and Corporate Accounting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project accounting in manufacturing or construction, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and proven

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive project accounting experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, job costing, WIP, revenue recognition, and project cost structures.
• Experience with ERP-based project accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Mansioni

• Project Accounting & Cost Management: set up budgets, cost structures, and phase codes; review CSRs and resolve cost discrepancies.
• Project Financial Reporting & Forecasting: maintain projections for revenue, costs, margins, and cost-to-complete; provide month-end support.
• Project Billing, AP & Compliance: coordinate invoicing, AR follow-up, and subcontractor payments; ensure compliance.
• IFS ERP & Process Improvement: ensure accurate transactions, resolve ERP discrepancies, improve accounting processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with PMs, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver timely financial info.
