Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Staff Accountant in Duluth, GA to own the financial accuracy behind large-scale electrical construction projects and support job-cost integrity, partnering with operations and leadership as the business grows.

Responsibilities include monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes; WIP schedules using percentage-of-completion; and reconciling job costs across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• ERP experience; CPA or CPA-track a plus.

• Prepare and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules using percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Maintain and reconcile job cost accounting across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Partner with Project Managers on cost forecasts, margin tracking, and change orders.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Support audits, tax filings, bonding requests, and lender reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction accounting standards.

We're hiring a Staff Accountant to own the financial accuracy behind large-scale electrical construction projects, support job-cost integrity, and partner closely with operations and leadership as the business grows.

What You'll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules using percentage-of-completion accounting
