• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly project billings in accordance with contract requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, commitments, and costs to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Process subcontractor and vendor invoices and assist with owner billings.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor overall project financial performance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as needed.
• Guide and mentor junior Project Accounting team members.
