Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Construction/project accounting experience.
• Knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with AIA billing, contract invoicing, and subcontractor management.
• Strong Excel/ERP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze job cost reports, WIP schedules, and forecasts.
• Monitor budgets and project financial performance.
• Process owner billings, subcontractor billings, and change orders.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Track lien waivers, compliance documents, and retainage.
