Senior Project Accountant – Atlanta, GA

LHH is partnering with a national civil general contracting firm in search of a Senior Project Accountant to join their Atlanta, GA location. In this role, you will work side by side with Business Group Leadership in project accounting activities over a large region. This job has a career path to leadership and they are looking for someone with career aspirations to become a Finance leader. This is a direct hire position that works full time onsite with a salary offering between $80K - $120K.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cost reporting on multiple projects including billing, audits, revenue projections which may include some travel
• Supervise, manage, train and develop Project Accountants
• Monthly P&L for several projects, analysis and review for accuracy
• Project report cards and WIP reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of accounting experience working in a civil general contracting firm
• Bachelor’s degree – can be in any professional field including accounting, finance, business or the like
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for driving and elevating people
