Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programs Manager to shape the strategic direction of customer accounts and drive growth across a global logistics platform. You will lead solution development, ensure contractual obligations are met and oversee capital expenditure and asset deployment.

This role requires 5+ years in project management within logistics, plus a strong ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while advancing Lean process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in logistics.
• Proven knowledge of logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of effective growth strategies.
• Drive new account growth through solutions development.
• Ensure contractual compliance and customer obligations.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Manage account-driven initiatives including AR, working capital and DSO.
• Ensure profitability, efficiency and KPI achievement at engagements.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous process improvement.
