Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed
• Experience in an ISO or AS9100 environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to meet commitments
• Ensure adherence to GXO quality policies and establish procedures to meet quality objectives
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety matters
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff effectively
• Suggest programs to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team and track equipment
• Maintain records and complete reports in a timely manner
• Enforce safe work practices and OSHA standards
