Job summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Director of Community-Based Case Management Programs to oversee operational and clinical success of multiple revenue-generating clinical programs across Oklahoma. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership to improve access to quality healthcare services in our communities.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health Administration, or other health-related field.
• 24 months experience in a management role in a health care environment.
• Equivalency/Substitution: Associate’s degree in Nursing or other health-related field with 24 months experience in health care may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Active Oklahoma RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications.
• Master’s degree preferred (Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related).
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams; program development and community-based case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and clinical success of community-based case management programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coach staff to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Director to shape strategic direction and ensure day‑to‑day operations of revenue-generating clinical programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and financial sustainability across programs.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with staff, healthcare providers, community organizations, and funding partners.
