Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Psychology, Business, Data Science and four years of professional related experience.
• Experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship competition formats and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spring and Fall pitch competitions end-to-end; coordinate judges, venues, prizes.
• Develop marketing calendar; manage social media, campaigns, campus engagement.
• Build pipeline linking founders to accelerators; track outcomes and KPIs.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and procurement with Admin Assistant.
