Job summary

The University of North Texas is seeking a Senior Program Project Coordinator to lead the Murphy Center's student-facing programs. The role manages pitch competitions end-to-end, drives marketing and outreach, and builds a pipeline from classroom to competition to accelerator.

You'll grow Innovate UNT and Breakthrough Ventures prizes toward $100,000+ by Year 3, while embedding competition requirements into select courses across campus. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Psychology, Business, Data Science, plus four years of related experience.
• Experience in event planning, marketing, and managing competitions.
• Ability to build partnerships with university stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Spring and Fall pitch competitions.
• Develop semester marketing calendar and manage social media and campaigns.
• Identify and route high-potential student founders to cohorts.
