Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build structure/database for industry network to formalize network and maintain accurate data, records, and files to track students' internships, job shadowing, and mentorships.
• Maintain and expand current network of sport executives who engage with program and/or students; coordinate with recruiters and internship supervisors to verify student information and ensure evaluations are completed.
• Organize and support sport management faculty with guest speakers and industry class projects; may participate in employer site visits during interns' work semester.
• Advise MBA and BBA SENM students on professional development and provide career coaching for internships or employment; Liaise with WJCC for internship processing.
• Organize and manage boot camps for MBA programs with Cowboys, and arrange career fairs and Cowboys Connect sessions.
• Maintain budgets for all SENM accounts and ensure compliance with policies; perform other duties to support SENM program.
