Job summary

Cays Inc in the United States seeks an experienced IT professional with strong Crystal Reports skills to design and deliver complex reports across multiple data sources. You will work closely with clients to identify issues, gather business requirements, develop use cases, and create mock reports and workflows, leveraging Oracle databases and LIMS where applicable.

A Bachelor's degree is required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical specs

Qualifications

60 months Crystal Reports development experience based on complex queries (using multiple data sources and defining relationships between different pieces of data) and results.
60 months experience supporting user applications and working with clients to identify system issues and improvements for functionality
24 months experience working with a Lab Information Management System
60 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, creating mock reports and workflows
60 months experience working with an Oracle Relational Databases.
60 months system design experience
24 Months experience using Test Management tools such as ALM/Quality Center.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field. (Please include relevant documentation)
