Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a computer-related field.
• 2 years of experience OR 5 years of experience OR any combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defined computer-oriented system problems and develop feasible solutions.
• Assess user requirements and translate designs into technical solutions.
• Design application systems and develop detailed design specifications.
• Perform difficult and specialized programming assignments.
• Maintain systems and respond to production issues and user concerns.
• Diagnose and correct application software problems to prevent recurrence.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage projects from concept to installation.
• Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical staff and stakeholders.
• Conduct structured testing and validation prior to deployment.
