This role is responsible for assessing user requirements, translating logical designs into effective technical solutions, designing and implementing system applications, and managing projects from conception through installation. Work is performed under limited supervision and requires a high level of independent judgment, technical expertise, and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Success in this role requires the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, build strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively to achieve shared objectives. The Senior Programmer Analyst gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity while consistently achieving results, even under challenging circumstances.
