Responsible for the technical design, implementation, development, and maintenance of Truven products.
Note: This position may be located in Santa Barbara, CA; Ann Arbor, MI; Bethesda, MD; Durham, NC; Cambridge, MA; or a Virtual Home Office.
Design, code, and test software to ensure correctness and completeness of functions; adhere to software standards; write clear external and in-code documentation.
Provide input and feedback on functional designs; produce technical designs; evaluate technical design options based on scope of effort, computer resource costs, production efficiencies, and ease of maintenance.
Maintain and improve current initiatives, tools, processes, and methodologies. Work with the customer service center to resolve complex user problems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
