Job summary

Deloitte’s Major Programmes practice is recruiting professionals with industry and technical skills to deliver major capital asset programmes. You’ll work in a cross-functional environment, bringing together Strategy, Digital, and Human Centred Transformation to shape and manage change across lifecycles.

You’ll contribute to internal development, support client relationships, and apply agile and traditional delivery methods to complex programmes across financial services and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Experience with PMO, governance, risk, and programme controls.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in partnering with clients to solve complex issues and guide teams to deliver strategically significant projects and programmes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and at client organisations as a subject matter expert on Programme Leadership.
• Apply consulting experience and industry knowledge to anticipate and address portfolio challenges with client and colleague teams.
• Lead cross-Deloitte and client teams to deliver complex client programmes and critical outcomes.
• Support business development by building client relationships and contributing to proposals.
