Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Trading Specialist to drive advertiser performance across Display, Video, and Connected TV. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development, mentoring junior traders, and turning data into actionable insights using Excel, Tableau or Power BI.

You’ll analyze complex datasets, present findings to clients, and help optimize budgets to meet KPIs while building trusted relationships with agencies and brand direct stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech or data-heavy industries.
• Strong technical and strategic thinking with long-term perspective.
• Proficient in communicating complex topics to agency and brand stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize client asks and projects.
• Fluency in DSP/Ad Tech landscape; CPG knowledge is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills using Excel, Power BI and Vertica.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development; mentor Traders.
• Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance across Display, Video, and CTV.
• Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform improvements.
• Use analytics tools to transform large data sets into actionable insights.
• Present data and insights to client stakeholders.
• Build relationships with agency and brand stakeholders to drive growth.
• Work with traders and planners to optimize campaigns and hit KPIs.
• Become a platform expert and educate clients on updates and best practices.
