Job summary

Kepler Group in New York City seeks a dynamic Senior Analyst for Strategy & Activation within the Amazon Solutions team. You will work on programmatic campaigns, analyze data, and deliver client-ready insights with a focus on performance and growth. Collaboration with internal and client teams is essential to drive results.

You will develop media plans, support new business development, and help optimize billing processes while learning our expanding Amazon advertising stack.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of programmatic experience.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to create and build relationships.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and day-to-day implementation across Amazon DSP/AMC.
• Develop thoughtful media plans with a focus on performance.
• Act as primary contact for Amazon clients and internal teams.
• Support new business development through audits and decks.
• Ensure smooth billing/invoicing with clients and finance.
