Razorfish in Chicago, IL is seeking a Programmatic Supervisor to oversee day-to-day programmatic media across channels and guide a team toward strong performance. You will set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns in DSPs such as The Trade Desk and DV360, translating client objectives into actionable media recommendations.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with analytics and strategy teams, and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in the programmatic media space with hands-on platform experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team and leading client-facing projects.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and provide optimization recommendations.
• Solid understanding of DSP/SSP integrations and media planning elements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day programmatic media campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, native formats.
• Lead campaign setup, QA, pacing, reporting, and optimization to meet KPIs.
• mentor coordinators and junior planners, guiding execution and best practices.
• Partner with analytics to generate insights and present performance to clients.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to improve media effectiveness.
• Coordinate with strategy, ad operations, and creative teams to ensure accurate implementations.
