• Polished communication skills for leading client interactions.
• Ability to manage complex accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for brand and agency clients across the Central and Eastern US.
• Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign execution across major DSPs.
• Analyse campaign performance and build client narratives.
• Diagnose delivery issues and work cross-functionally to resolve.
• Identify upsell opportunities and lead strategic planning conversations.
• Educate clients and lead quarterly business reviews.
