This role will operate at the program level, orchestrating testing across several parallel project workstreams, internal teams, and external vendors during a critical period of delivery and transition.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the integrated testing strategy, planning, execution oversight, and release readiness, ensuring testing activities are well-sequenced, risk-managed, and aligned to regulatory, operational, and client-impact expectations.

- Coordinate test execution activities across internal teams (Technology, Operations, Performance, Accounting, Compliance) and external vendors.
- Manage cross-program testing dependencies, environment readiness, data availability, and sequencing constraints.
- Provide oversight and support to ensure teams are tracing test cases back to requirements, with traceability evidenced.
