About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Program Test Manager / Test Coordination Lead to plan, govern, and coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple, tightly-coupled initiatives within the Client Reporting (OCIO) Transformation Program and PARis Migration Program. This role will operate at the program level, orchestrating testing across several parallel project workstreams, internal teams, and external vendors during a critical period of delivery and transition.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the integrated testing strategy, planning, execution oversight, and release readiness, ensuring testing activities are well-sequenced, risk-managed, and aligned to regulatory, operational, and client-impact expectations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring deep testing expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate credibly with senior stakeholders in a regulated asset‑management environment.

Responsibilities
Program Level Testing Strategy & Governance:
  • Define, socialize, and manage an end-to-end testing strategy spanning multiple programs and releases, including system, integration, regression, parallel run, UAT, and go-no-go readiness.
  • Establish testing governance, standards, entry/exit criteria, defect management processes, and reporting across Client Reporting and PARis Migration initiatives.
  • Ensure testing activities align with program milestones, regulatory expectations, and operational readiness requirements.
Integrated Test Planning & Coordination:
  • Develop and maintain integrated test plans and schedules across multiple dependent workstreams (e.g., platform upgrades, data migrations, reporting changes, vendor-led implementations).
  • Coordinate test execution activities across internal teams (Technology, Operations, Performance, Accounting, Compliance) and external vendors.
  • Manage cross-program testing dependencies, environment readiness, data availability, and sequencing constraints.
  • Provide oversight and support to ensure teams are tracing test cases back to requirements, with traceability evidenced.
  • Responsible for coordination of system data refreshes, including meticulous planning and communication of the timing, impacts, and dependencies of refreshes across intersecting projects.
Execution Oversight & Defect Management:
  • Oversee test execution progress, including test case readiness, execution status, defect triage, severity assessment, and remediation tracking.
  • Facilitate daily/weekly touchpoints to manage testing progress, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure accurate, executive-level testing status reporting, highlighting risks, impacts, and mitigation plans.
Data Validation & Parallel Run Oversight:
  • Coordinate and oversee data validation, reconciliation, and parallel production testing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of calculated results.
  • Ensure appropriate sign‑off from business and operational stakeholders prior to releases or cutovers.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the testing coordination point across third‑party vendors and internal delivery teams, aligning expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support testing‑related aspects of vendor engagements, including planning, scope alignment, and issue resolution.
