Granite Solutions Groupe seeks a detail-oriented Consultant, Software Development to join our client's Digital Assets Operations team. You will monitor production systems, triage incidents, and help implement observable, reliable platforms.

You will collaborate with Dev, Infra, and data teams across time zones, contribute to feature rollouts, and apply AI-assisted tools to improve MTTR and efficiency in a production-critical FinTech environment.

Qualifications

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our client's Digital Assets Operations team supporting the internal applications, our client's blockchain-based tokenization platform.

The ideal candidate will excel in system monitoring, incident investigation, and troubleshooting across distributed systems. This role requires a strong curiosity-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.

In addition to operational support, the candidate will contribute to feature rollouts, system improvements, and observability enhancements. Flexibility to support global time zones is essential, as the team operates toward a 24x7 support model.

Core Operational Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts in a timely and effective manner.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple services, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Own incident triage, coordination, and resolution across Dev, Infra, and dependent teams.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and drive preventive improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve system reliability and observability.

Digital Assets / Benji Platform Responsibilities

• Develop techno-functional understanding of tokenized fund workflows (onboarding, transactions, reconciliation, redemptions).
• Correlate technical issues with business and financial impact (transactions, fund integrity, user experience).
• Troubleshoot blockchain-integrated systems including node interactions, RPC issues, and on-chain/off-chain inconsistencies.
• Monitor and support EOD/batch processing, reconciliation jobs, and financial data flows across systems.

SRE & Observability

• Contribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, and improve alerting and monitoring quality.
• Use observability tools to analyze logs, metrics, and traces, and derive actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and reliability engineering practices.

Release, Change & Resilience

• Support feature deployments, release validation, and post-release monitoring.
• Participate in change readiness and risk assessments.
• Contribute to disaster recovery (DR) testing, failover validation, and resilience improvements.

Security & Compliance

• Support identity and access-related troubleshooting (e.g., Okta).
• Assist in vulnerability management, audit readiness, and secure operations practices.

AI & Operational Efficiency

• Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency in loganalysis, incident triage, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/automation agents to streamline repetitive operational tasks and improve MTTR.
• Apply critical thinking when using AI tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability in production environments.

On-Call & Coverage

• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure round-the-clock platform support and availability.

Requirements:

• Experience in systems analysis, operations support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience withblockchain technologies/Digital Assets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of Okta (Identity & Access Management).
• Experience working in Kubernetes-managed environments and containerized systems
• Exposure to public blockchain ecosystems, nodes, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.
• Awareness of AI-assisted tools or automation techniques for operational efficiency.
