Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related mental health field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical work with youth with developmental disabilities or similar needs.
• Minimum 3 years of supervising mental health clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and evaluates Juvenile Justice Center programs for effectiveness.
• Identifies grant opportunities and manages grant programs.
• Monitors program implementation and resolves barriers to delivery.
• Analyzes behavioral trends and develops alternative approaches as needed.
• Provides crisis intervention and support to residents to stabilize situations.
