Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a directly related mental health field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working directly with residents who present with developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbances, and other similar issues.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising mental health clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the Juvenile Justice Center programs under limited direction.
• Develop and maintain behavioral and clinical programs using best practices.
• Identify federal/state grant opportunities and manage grant program administration.
