Drive modernization strategy and cross-channel roadmaps across product, voice, web and portal.
Direct and coordinate consultant program managers to align roadmaps into a single strategy.
Define and monitor enterprise measurement framework and accountability targets.
Build executive-ready strategy, roadmap and business-case materials for leadership.
