• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in program/curriculum development and working with faculty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and efficient while working on multiple overlapping projects and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs, experience with university systems including Canvas.

Responsabilidades

• Hiring and managing students, including orienting students to URAP position requirements and relevant employment policies.
• Managing relationships with faculty research mentors and collaborating units, including facilitating dialogue around sensitive issues that may arise in mentor-mentee relationships.
• Executing a curriculum of scholarly and professional development activities, both in-person and via Carmen Canvas.
• Gathering and analyzing data for reporting and assessment on the program; utilizing data and industry expertise to make data-informed recommendations about program improvements.
• Support curricular processes related to service-learning courses and works with faculty to support facilitation of high-impact learning experiences.
• Support marketing and communications strategy; contribute content to platforms; represent Ohio State in meetings and forums.
