Job summary

Tutulu LLC seeks a Program Security Specialist L3 to lead comprehensive DoD security for Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs. You will supervise daily security operations, coordinate with DISS/JADE, and manage PERSEC, PHYSEC, and INFOSEC tasks. This role requires extensive DoD experience and active TS/SCI clearance in a fast-paced environment.

You will also support inspections, SOP creation, and personnel processing across multiple secure facilities, with travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility and possession of DoD security credentials.
• 10+ years of DoD work experience.
• 4+ years in SAP/SCI environments within last five years.
• Willingness to undergo Government Counterintelligence polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security programs (Collateral, SCI, SAP) across DoD requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct personnel security operations using DISS and JADE.
• Manage in/out processing for military, civilian, and contractor personnel and access controls.
• Assist in government inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and present SOPs and policy updates to government decision-makers.
• Travel as needed to support program management with industry/government partners.
