Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Security Specialist L3 to oversee DoD security programs including Collateral, SCI, and SAP. The role focuses on personnel, physical, and information security, with responsibility for DISS/JADE access, SOP development, and security indoctrinations to enable rapid workforce integration.

Responsibilities include coordinating in/out processing for personnel, supporting government inspections, and guiding both security staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• 10+ years DoD work experience.
• 4+ years SAP/SCI environment experience within last five years.
• Compliance with DoD security policies and standards.
• Experience with handling classified materials and data transfers.
• Experience with security indoctrinations and personnel processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute personnel, physical, information, and industrial security requirements.
• Manage in/out processing for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Support inspections and audits with government partners.
• Draft and review SOPs and security policies for decision-makers.
• Operate and verify access controls within secure facilities and program environments.
