Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking a Collateral Security Specialist L3 to safeguard SCI and Collateral programs. You will oversee PERSEC, PHYSEC, INFOSEC, and INDUSEC operations, coordinate personnel processing, and support government inspections.

You will serve as a subject matter expert to leadership, manage indoctrinations, badges, and access, and drive SOP improvements in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• 10+ years of DoD or equivalent federal service experience.
• 4+ years in SCI or SAP environments within last five years.
• Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate personnel security operations for SCI and Collateral programs.
• Oversee security indoctrinations and badges; coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate in/out processing of personnel; support inspections and audits.
• Train workforce on PERSEC, PHYSEC, INFOSEC, INDUSEC procedures.
• Serve as security SME to leadership; ensure compliance and suspense dates.
• Support government inspections and SOP updates for decisions.
