Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Security Manager (PSM) to ensure classified and company‑sensitive information is handled per government and company policies. The role reports to the Senior PSM for the AT SBU and includes audits of containers, areas, and information systems, with postings in MA locations.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, strong security operations knowledge, and collaboration with government and business leaders. Onsite work in Tewksbury, Woburn, or Andover, MA is possible.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree with related field and years of experience.
• Experience in Industrial Security, Special Programs, security management, or government information security programs.
• Experience with NISPOM/32 CFR, DAAPM, DD254 implications or DoD 5200.01 series.
• Experience in writing and developing SOPs or directives.

Responsibilities

• Consult and provide solutions to employees concerning handling, storing, and maintaining records and granting access to restricted records and areas.
• Direct security measures for NISPOM and related directives and represent security at program meetings.
• Assist in investigating security violations and prepare corrective action reports.
• Interact with senior leaders and government customers, including DCSA.
• Conduct security education and awareness briefings.
• Participate in duties assigned by Global Security Services management.
