Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Program Security Representative to support a Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Department of War client in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will lead cradle-to-grave security support for SCI/SAP and collateral programs across development phases.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with program leadership and clients, with potential CI Poly if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (or 4 additional years of experience).
• 7 years related experience required.
• 5 years of relevant experience supporting OSD organization.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility. Must be willing to sit for a CI Poly, if needed.
• Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP), and/or collateral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and be willing to actively communicate with co‑workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs in one or more projects.
• Offer daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs through all development phases.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data in support of US military operations.
• Develop OPSEC test plans in coordination with program teams for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• Provide daily security support, assess procedures, and recommend policy or system improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and track corrective actions.
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information and generate damage assessments.
