Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Program Security Representative to support a DoW client in Chantilly, VA. The role provides cradle-to-grave security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs with leadership and guidance based on DoD policy.

You will analyze and secure information across development phases, develop OPSEC test plans, monitor compliance, and manage vulnerabilities to ensure secure development from analysis to transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 7 years of related experience.
• 5 years supporting OSD organization.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility; willing to sit for a CI Poly if needed.
• Knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) and/or collateral programs.
• Strong written and verbal communications, ability to present to leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs across all development phases.
• Perform daily analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data.
• Develop OPSEC test plans for CONUS and OCONUS operations as appropriate.
• Provide daily security support with ongoing policy and procedure improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Conduct security reviews, follow-ups, and track corrective actions from compliance activities.
• Investigate loss or suspected compromise of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
