Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Program Security Representative to support an RDT&E Department of War client in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will provide cradle-to-grave security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs across all development phases.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or four additional years of related experience), seven years related experience, TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four additional years of related experience.
• Seven years related experience required.
• TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility required; CI Poly willingness may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs across all development phases.
• Conduct daily security analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities.
• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute policies for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data.
• Develop OPSEC test plans for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
• Provide ongoing security support with recommendations to improve policies and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to testing, training, and operations.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and track corrective actions.
• Investigate loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information.
