Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Supervisor, Security to lead the contractor SAP security program. You will supervise a small team, serve as focal point for security matters, and ensure compliance with government policies in a classified environment.

The role involves developing SOPs, OPSEC and transportation plans, coordinating with Security Manager, and maintaining secure facilities accreditation. Strong leadership and policy experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant security experience.
• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.1 series, 5105.21 series, SEAD 3, SEAD 4, or ICD 705.
• Experience managing and supervising teams and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures in a classified environment per government policies.
• Supervise a small security team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Set schedules, tasks, and priorities for the security team.
• Collaborate with Security Manager and report program security status.
• Develop program‑specific SOPs, OPSEC plans, and transportation/test plans.
• Maintain accreditation of secure facilities per ICD 705.
