The Marvin Group is seeking an Engineering Program Scheduler to develop and manage integrated master schedules supporting contract-to-production handoff. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, risk assessment, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include IMS leadership in program reviews, SDRL management, risk/opportunity tracking, and schedule risk assessments, all in a 100% on-site Inglewood setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of program planning/management experience.
• Experience building IMS across multiple programs.

• Create and maintain integrated master schedules from contract to production handoff.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to ensure accurate status and forecasting.
• Analyze critical paths and perform root-cause analyses to baselines.
