Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Program Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Scheduling within the Engineering & Advanced Hypersonics Division. You will drive scheduling solutions, align technical execution with resources and risks, and communicate status to government customers under contractual reporting requirements.

This role sits in the corporate EVM Center of Excellence, focusing on EVMS, scheduling infrastructure, training, and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years in Aerospace & Defense scheduling
Expertise in programmatic scheduling and EVM principles
Advanced mastery of Microsoft Project and scheduling analytics
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and advanced scheduling practices

Responsibilities

Lead as scheduling leader shaping program strategies
Collaborate with EVMS team, PMs, IPT Leads to optimize performance
Prepare IPMDAR with schedule, performance, narrative deliverables for government
Develop schedule recovery plans and mitigations for at-risk milestones
Present schedule insights and what-if scenarios to stakeholders
Communicate schedule analysis and costs to support contract execution
Build and maintain IMS compliant with EIA-748; lead SRAs to mitigate risk
