What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules for civil infrastructure projects
- Create, update, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) principles
- Prepare monthly progress reports and executive-level dashboards to communicate schedule status, risks, and trends
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Identify and communicate potential schedule risks and delays to support proactive decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on scheduling experience in civil infrastructure construction
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 for schedule development, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, and earned value management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing schedules across multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs
- AACE International certification (e.g., PSP - Planning & Scheduling Professional)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools for data visualization and executive reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and engineers
