Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a capital-project program, defining the quality management system and supervising Project Quality Managers on multiple sites.

You will own supplier and contractor qualification, manage regulatory audits, and report quality performance to executive leadership, guiding risk, cost of quality, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Executive-level communication and decision authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and reporting to leadership.
