Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and define supplier and contractor qualification standards while ensuring regulatory and third-party audits are passed.

You will report quality performance to executive leadership, own corrective-action closure, and drive risk and cost of quality decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal) is a strong plus.
Strong executive-level communication and decisive judgment to stop work when required.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
