Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects for owner or EPC clients. You will establish the quality management system and direct Project Quality Managers, setting supplier and contractor standards and owning audit programs.

You will report quality performance to executive leadership and coordinate regulatory and third-party audits, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; report to leadership.
