Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to oversee quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program's QMS, lead Project Quality Managers, and ensure supplier and contractor qualifications meet procurement requirements.

You will represent the client in audits and drive corrective actions with executive reporting. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, senior-level audit credentials, and experience with regulated

Qualifications

10+ years of quality management on capital projects.
5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Certifications: CMQ/OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
Experience as quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
Set standards, review performance, and develop staff; own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
Represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
