Job summary

The Building People seeks an experienced professional to lead operational oversight and drive process improvements for large federal programs. You will conduct workflow assessments, analyze processes, and develop dashboards and metrics to measure program performance.

Responsibilities include supporting budgeting cycles, documenting procedures, and delivering training materials to guide operational teams. Background screening and government clearance may be required; telework arrangements vary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of complex operational oversight experience.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
• Experience supporting large federal organizations.
• Expertise developing and monitoring performance-based metrics.
• Experience customizing workflow and repository database systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal budgeting and execution cycles.
• Experience supporting highly interdependent operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow assessments and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance measures and quality metrics.
• Analyze organizational processes and operational effectiveness.
• Support workflow automation and process improvement efforts.
• Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Produce executive summaries, dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
• Support operational oversight and program performance initiatives.
• Assist with budget tracking, program reporting, and project oversight activities.
• Deliver training materials and operational guidance.
