Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead cross-project quality efforts within owner or EPC programs. You will establish and maintain the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and oversee supplier qualifications and quality requirements in procurement.

You will also represent the client in regulatory audits, drive corrective-action closure, and report quality performance to executive leadership, with a path toward director-level roles on

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• Certifications: ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action closure; report quality performance to executive leadership
