Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, located in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Stinger Program Quality Lead Senior Analyst to drive quality across programs. You will collaborate with Program Leadership, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Operations, and the Quality team to implement quality requirements and improve mission assurance across contracts.

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across multiple levels while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and defect

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience working in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment and supporting live issue resolution (e.g. establishing priorities).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and/or RCCA.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and supporting IPTs, supporting technical quality and financial performance, and compliance to Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements.
• Proactively review program contract requirements to meet and influence customer needs.
• Closely interface with external and internal customers and key partners to establish effective relationships.
• Must have the ability to manage and impact across multiple levels of stakeholders, as it is vital to the success of this role.
• Responsible for quality of delivered products and services to our customers, stakeholders of quality risks, uncertainties and opportunities, key team members in resolution of customer expectations and relationships related to Mission Assurance and Quality.
• Responsible for executing tactical Mission Assurance plans that will closely affect the programs’ implementation and influence.
• Responsible for improving processes or systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation skills.
• Monitor / lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) for program related issues to ensure extensive RCCA.
• Support implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
