RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality & Mission Assurance for the Stinger team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead a Quality Program team, serve as the primary QMA liaison with customers and suppliers, and drive strategic quality improvements for timely delivery and cost effectiveness.

The role requires extensive experience in defense quality, EVMS, and cost accounting, with a focus on risk, RCCA, and continuous improvement across IPTs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 12+ years of quality/engineering experience in defense.
Experience with Earned Value Management and cost accounting methods.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and tactical quality programs to meet schedule and cost targets.
Develop and lead a team of Quality Program Leads and QMA interfaces with customers/suppliers.
Oversee RCCA/FRACAS processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Raytheon procedures, contractual requirements, and RCCA results.
Travel domestically as needed.
