Job summary

Anduril Industries in McHenry, Mississippi seeks a Senior Program Quality Engineer to define and execute robust quality processes across defense and space programs. You will lead quality flow-down, program quality plans, PCPs/IPs, and audits while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role requires strong systems thinking, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and government representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, with Program/Supplier Quality experience.
• Experience interpreting AS9100/ISO9001 and flow-down requirements.
• Proficiency with RCA, CAPA, nonconformance, FAI (AS9102), GD&T, control and inspection plans.
• PPAP knowledge; ability to read complex drawings and contractual docs.
• Strong communication and leadership; willingness to travel and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of customer quality flow-down requirements.
• Create Program Quality Plans and supporting PCPs and IPs.
• Support supplier, customer, and internal audits.
• Perform RCAs and drive CAPAs to improve quality.
• Manage nonconformance and MRB activities; monitor ABCL and deliverables.
• Support production readiness, including verification testing and FAI activities.
• Interface with management, customers, suppliers, and government reps.
